Permission to use information from Source Bulletin

I am a researcher at the University of Technology Sydney's Institute for Sustainable Futures (ISF). ISF has been commissioned by World Vision Australia/WaterAid Australia to produce a report on progress towards the water and sanitation MDGs in South East Asia and the Pacific. We are very excited to read about the water and sanitation project using ecosan toilets in Siddhipur, Nepal in Source Bulletin 47 and would like to use this example as a short case study in our report illustrating successful use of ecosan in a peri-urban environment. Can you please tell me who I should contact to request permission to use the information (and also the photo if possible)?
