Seven references to IRC papers and books on financing in Water Policy article

Peter Harvey from the Water, Engineering and Development Centre (WEDC) in the UK used seven references to IRC papers and books on financing and community management in his peer- reviewed article Cost determination and sustainable financing for rural water services in sub-Saharan Africa, published in: Water Policy Volume 9 Number 4 2007 (pp 373-391).
